Temporary Road Closure on 5 June 2019 – The Kent and Hillmorton Lane, Rugby

Under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14(1), Warwickshire County Council has issued a Temporary Prohibition Traffic Order (TTO) to close The Kent and Hillmorton Lane, Rugby to vehicular traffic.  This will be between the junction with Lower Hillmorton Road and Oxford Canal Bridge.  The closure is required to facilitate works on and around the bridge and it’s anticipated that this will last one day.

Pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times.  Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

Alternative routes will be signed and are available via:
SOUTH TO NORTH – The Kent, School Street, Deerings Road, A428, Lawrence Sheriff Street, Dunchurch Road, Russelsheim Way, Bilton Road, Corporation Street, A426, A5, Lilbourne Road, Hillmorton Lane.

NORTH TO SOUTH – Hillmorton Lane, Lilbourne Road, A5, A426, Corporation Street, Warwick Street, Lawrence Sheriff Street, A428, Deerings Road, School Street, The Kent.
